A large part of the ITIL® Processes can be automated to a greater or lesser degree through the ITSM Services Management, IT Operations Management, Information Security and Availability tools.
In the implementation of the ITIL® Processes we work on the Accompaniment Phase and its Automation in a joint way, finally managing to configure the tools according to the best Practices.
We apply a simple and practical approach during the Consultancy Sessions of the Accompaniment Phase in order to obtain the necessary information to Automate the Processes.
The Software tools that we manage have several Processes included that have the Pink Elephant Certification.
